Fiona Fraser completed a master degree in HRM and wrote her dissertation on “The Management of Voluntary Organisations”.
She worked for 9 years for Cancer Research Campaign where she organised Special Appeals for several cancer units in Scotland.
Fiona was a Member of Court at Abertay University, sat on a variety of committees and was latterly vice-chairman of Court.
She was a Deputy Lieutenant in Angus, a member of the Scottish Advisory Appeals Committee for BBC in Need and served in a voluntary capacity with a number of charitable organisations. For 25 years she was on the committee – and latterly chairman – of Ninewells Cancer Campaign where the committee raised over £23million.
